It became clear to us
during the last 2-3 years that our fax line and equipment was in the process
of becoming superfluous, so we no longer use fax

Value Added Tax (VAT):
Camsoft is no longer registered for VAT. You pay only the net price as advertised
in our Online Catalogue, plus postage and packing,
which are charged at actual
cost.

Form to check that the goods
you require are in stock and to confirm the
price. Educational institutions and businesses should submit
an official order on headed paper or on an official order form, bearing
an order number or other form of authorisation, by post or by email. We
will then supply the goods and invoice your finance office. Credit is limited
strictly to 30 days, after which interest is charged. Under no circumstances
can invoices be issued in advance of the supply of the goods. Invoices requesting
payment are sent out to customers at the same time as the goods.
Private individuals must
pay for goods in advance, either by sterling cheque or via PayPal. If
you wish to pay via PayPal we will issue a request for payment and despatch
the goods and a receipt as soon as payment arrives in our PayPal account.
Overseas customers must pay
for goods in advance, either by sterling cheque or via PayPal. If you
wish to pay via PayPal we will issue a request for payment and despatch the
goods and a receipt as soon as payment arrives in our PayPal account. All orders
are billed and charged in pounds sterling, but an additional invoice displaying
the amount due in the local currency can be provided on request. Cheques must
be made payable in pounds sterling (GBP) drawn on a UK bank. Duties and taxes
associated with overseas orders may increase the final payment due. It is
the responsibility of the customer to pay all import tariffs, brokerage fees
and any other costs related to delivering the goods. Please note that this is
in addition to the cost of your order and delivery charges. Camsoft recommends
that overseas customers check on all fees, practices and local import tariffs
prior to placing the order. Customers will be responsible for return freight
charges should delivery of the goods be refused or if the goods cannot be delivered
for any other reason.
Bank account: Details of
Camsoft's bank account will be provided on request. For security reasons we
do not display this information on the Web.
